Yes, we offer delivery across Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, and mainland UK. Delivery fees and timelines will vary depending on your location and order size. Free shipping to Northern Ireland is available on most orders.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your order, your chosen delivery method, and your location. The final cost will be displayed at checkout. For larger items or bulk orders, contact us for a custom delivery quote.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on the product ordered. Most in-stock items from our online shop are dispatched within 2–5 working days. Specialist or built-to-order products usually require around 1 week. Exigo items, which are often custom-manufactured, have an estimated delivery timeframe of 4–6 weeks. Our team will always confirm your delivery address and provide a timeline based on your order.

What warranty comes with the equipment?
All our refreshed and used machines come with a 30-day standard warranty with 12 months parts warranty on all new parts fitted. New equipment carries the full manufacturer's warranty. Full details are provided with each product listing.

How do I return an item?
Returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the condition and reason for return. Please contact our team directly to discuss. We'll work with you to find the best solution as quickly as possible.
