Freestanding Adjustable Squat Stands (Home Use - 200kg Rating)
Freestanding Adjustable Squat Stands (Home Use - 200kg Rating)
Future's Freestanding Adjustable Squat Stands are ideal for use in a home gym or training space where maximising space is important and a full power rack may be unsuitable. The stands are easy to move around if required to give you the maximum flexibility in your space. The stands can be used for squats or with a bench for incline olympic bench press movements. You can complete a flat or decline bench press using the stand by raking the bar on the safety arms instead of the top / squat position. The stands are designed to be used with an Olympic Bar or 1 inch lifting bar (sold separately) to perform not just squats, but exercises like Romanian deadlifts, hang snatches / cleans / pulls, or for bent-over rows.
Features:
- Suitable for beginners through to advanced bodybuilders
- Highly versatile adjustable squat stands.
- Suitable for use with both standard and Olympic sized bars
- Can also be used with benches or platforms for a comprehensive range of strength-building exercises

EFSNI Delivery & Pre-Purchase Information
Please Read
At EFSNI, we want every customer to feel fully confident before making a purchase. That’s why we strongly recommend contacting us prior to ordering if you have any questions, concerns, or special requirements. We're always happy to assist.
Free delivery applies only to Northern Ireland for orders over £995. For all other regions—including the rest of the UK and Ireland—standard delivery rates apply. For heavy or complex deliveries, please contact us in advance to ensure appropriate arrangements can be made.
We take great care in packaging every product to high standards, but in the rare event of courier-related damage, it’s crucial to inspect your item on arrival. Please sign for the item as “damaged”, even if the damage appears minimal, to ensure you're covered by our claims process. If the courier refuses to wait for inspection, still sign it as “damaged”. Unfortunately, if you do not do this, you may not be eligible for a replacement or claim should damage become apparent later.
Before placing your order, please check for any access restrictions that might prevent delivery—such as narrow roads, overhanging branches, tight bends, steep driveways, or limited turning space. If a delivery fails or is refused due to such issues that weren't disclosed in advance, the customer will be liable for return delivery charges.
Also, ensure you've measured your access points—doorways, stairwells, corridors—to confirm the item can be moved into place. All goods are shipped in fully assembled form to allow testing prior to use. If disassembly is required, it will be at the buyer’s own risk, unless arranged with us prior to purchase. Please refer to our Installation Services for support options.
As part of our service, our courier will contact you to schedule a delivery date. If you miss the agreed delivery, redelivery charges will apply. Refusal to pay these may result in cancellation of your order, minus any original postage costs.
You’re also welcome to collect your item in person from EFSNI, Unit 3, Ballybrakes Business Park, Ballymoney, BT53 6LW, Monday to Friday. Please call us in advance on 028 2766 8224 to arrange your collection.
For installation, room placement, or removals, we offer dedicated services—please visit our Installation tab for full details. We’re here to help make your experience with EFSNI smooth, safe, and successful from purchase to placement.
