The 30-500 watts resistance with 25 difficulty levels offers flexible training to suit all abilities, while the engaging 500i console offers easy navigation with a great variety of 11 built in workouts. These include personalised programmes, goals and also a Calorie Coach. You can also assess your fitness level thanks to the built in Test, or access the Technogym mywellness® cloud platform via the optional mywellness cloud reader. The Excite+ Bike is essentially 3 bikes in 1 thanks to its innovative handlebar design. This offers a choice between standard, city and a stimulating race position. The seat is super comfy with gel inserts and 27 adjustments. The easy-access pedals feature a 10 degree incline for easy access and offer a more realistic cycling experience, courtesy of the narrower gap between the pedals.
